CAREERS / JD-7
CEO Assistant Intern
Responsibilities
This role goes beyond routine errands. Early in your career, you will work close to the CEO’s fundraising and operations, at one of the company’s most information-rich positions. Every document you handle and meeting you coordinate helps connect the company with capital markets and industry partners.
- Support the CEO’s daily fundraising work: schedule investor meetings, coordinate roadshows, and prepare meeting materials and information. Participate closely in the full private-market fundraising process.
- Coordinate the core team’s travel, meetings, and visitor arrangements, keep everyone informed of changes, and research practical destination information such as restaurants and places to visit.
- Coordinate reimbursements: collect receipts, submit requests, and track progress to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Coordinate work across teams, including meetings, supplies, and information sharing, and support event execution for GTM and other teams as needed.
- Maintain administrative documents and records in the wiki, turning recurring tasks into workflows that agents can reuse. The processes you establish will be used across the company over time.
Requirements
- Mandatory commitment: at least six consecutive months, on site at least four days per week. The team is currently small and invests significantly in mentoring, so this role cannot accommodate short trial internships. Please confirm your availability before applying.
- Proficiency with AI agent tools such as Codex or Claude Code, or experience building and regularly using your own agents. Please demonstrate a project, experiment, or demo created in collaboration with AI during the interview.
- An academic, research, or practical background in investment and financing. Understand the basics of private markets, fundraising processes, and common terminology. The CEO’s work centers on investment and financing, so you must be able to follow the discussion and demonstrate relevant analysis or project work.
- Careful, rigorous, and organized work habits: acknowledge tasks, document progress, and communicate results.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to support multiple teams and prioritize effectively.
- Information research, analytical, and writing skills, including the ability to distinguish facts, sources, and personal judgments.
- A service-oriented mindset, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Proficiency with office software and online collaboration tools such as Feishu.
Preferred qualifications
- A background in finance, economics, management, or a related field, or internship experience at an investment or financing institution, financial advisory firm, securities firm, or technology company.
- Research experience in AI infrastructure, AI applications, or related technology sectors.
- Effective use of AI and automation tools to improve administrative efficiency.
- Experience in administration, meeting coordination, student organizations, or similar activities.
- Good judgment about the quality and tone of content from technology companies.
